isc-dhcp-relay software package provides ISC DHCP relay daemon, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install isc-dhcp-relay
isc-dhcp-relay is installed in your system.
Make ensure the isc-dhcp-relay package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep isc-dhcp-relay *
You will get with isc-dhcp-relay package name, version, architecture and description in a table
